Description

No-bake dessert featuring layers of crushed cookies, creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping. Easy to assemble, colorful, and perfect for summer or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 24 Golden Oreos or graham crackers, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip or whipped cream, divided
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam (optional)


Instructions

  1. Crush cookies or graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust and refrigerate 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Layer sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer. Drizzle strawberry jam if using.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the strawberries. Optional: garnish with extra strawberry slices or cookie crumbs.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to set before slicing and serving.
