Description

Frozen dumplings baked in a rich coconut curry sauce with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, finished with fresh herbs and chili crunch for a simple yet flavorful one-pan meal.

Ingredients

  • 1420 frozen dumplings
  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil (or oil of choice)
  • 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or real maple syrup)

Garnish (optional but recommended):

  • Fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 12 tablespoons chili crunch
  • Sesame seeds
  • Baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth.
  3. Pour sauce into a medium baking dish.
  4. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the sauce, ensuring they are mostly submerged.
  5. Add baby spinach if using.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until dumplings are cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
  8. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crunch before serving.

Notes

  • No need to thaw dumplings before baking.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red curry paste.
  • Serve with jasmine rice to soak up the extra sauce.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for extra texture.
