Description

Frozen dumplings baked with broccoli in a creamy garlic peanut sauce, topped with fresh herbs and sesame seeds for an easy, flavor-packed dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1420 frozen dumplings (pork, chicken, shrimp, or vegetable)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, trimmed into small pieces
  • 2 cups broth or water
  • ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 24 tablespoons chili crisp (optional, for spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and broth until smooth.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a lightly greased baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Scatter broccoli florets around the dumplings.
  5. Pour peanut sauce evenly over dumplings and broccoli.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes, until dumplings are heated through and broccoli is tender.
  7. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5–10 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce.
  8. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • If sauce is too thick before baking, add 1–2 tablespoons extra broth.
  • Cut broccoli into small pieces for even cooking.
  • Add fresh lime juice before serving for extra brightness.
  • Serve over rice or noodles to soak up the sauce.
