Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slightly overripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ΒΌ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice bananas into even rounds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add banana slices in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over bananas.
  6. Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
