Ingredients
- 2 slightly overripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or substitute)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ΒΌ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and slice bananas into even rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add banana slices in a single layer and cook 1β2 minutes.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over bananas.
- Flip gently and cook another 1β2 minutes until caramelized.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
