Description

A hearty one-pan dinner featuring crispy parmesan chicken, roasted potatoes, and seasoned green beans baked together for an easy family meal.


Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • lb chicken breast (34 pieces)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ½¾ tsp sea salt

For the Potatoes

  • 2 lb red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Green Beans

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add chicken and green beans to the sheet pan.
  8. Bake for another 20–25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and vegetables are tender.
  9. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
  10. Serve warm.

  • Cut potatoes evenly for consistent roasting.
