Description
A hearty one-pan dinner featuring crispy parmesan chicken, roasted potatoes, and seasoned green beans baked together for an easy family meal.
Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 1½ lb chicken breast (3–4 pieces)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- ½–¾ tsp sea salt
For the Potatoes
- 2 lb red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Green Beans
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp parmesan (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and green beans to the sheet pan.
- Bake for another 20–25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and vegetables are tender.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
- Serve warm.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
- Cut potatoes evenly for consistent roasting.
- Avoid overcrowding the sheet pan for crispier vegetables.
