- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Ladyfingers
- 1 package ladyfingers (about 24 pieces)
- 1 ¼ cups chocolate milk or cooled hot chocolate
Optional Toppings

Instructions
Make the Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, stir until smooth, and set aside.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Cream:
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
Dip the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip ladyfingers into chocolate milk (do not soak).
Layer the Dessert:
Add a layer of dipped ladyfingers to a 9×9-inch dish.
Spread half the peanut butter cream.
Drizzle half the ganache.
Repeat the layers.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Top with peanuts, chocolate shavings, or peanut butter drizzle. Slice and enjoy.
Notes
- Don’t oversoak ladyfingers—they soften quickly.
- Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
- Use creamy peanut butter for ultra-smooth layers.
- Add 1–2 tbsp warm peanut butter to ganache for extra peanut flavor.
- For a firmer cream, add an extra 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar.
