Description

This rich and dreamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Tiramisu combines layers of peanut butter cream, chocolate ganache, and chocolate-soaked ladyfingers for the ultimate no-bake dessert.

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Peanut Butter Cream

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ladyfingers

  • 1 package ladyfingers (about 24 pieces)
  • 1 ¼ cups chocolate milk or cooled hot chocolate

Optional Toppings

  • Crushed peanuts
  • Shaved chocolate
  • Drizzle of peanut butter or melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Make the Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, stir until smooth, and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Cream:

    • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla.

    • Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form.

    • Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.

  3. Dip the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip ladyfingers into chocolate milk (do not soak).

  4. Layer the Dessert:

    • Add a layer of dipped ladyfingers to a 9×9-inch dish.

    • Spread half the peanut butter cream.

    • Drizzle half the ganache.

    • Repeat the layers.

  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  6. Serve: Top with peanuts, chocolate shavings, or peanut butter drizzle. Slice and enjoy.

Notes

  • Don’t oversoak ladyfingers—they soften quickly.
  • Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
  • Use creamy peanut butter for ultra-smooth layers.
  • Add 1–2 tbsp warm peanut butter to ganache for extra peanut flavor.
  • For a firmer cream, add an extra 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar.
