Description

Easy no-bake chocolate clusters made with rich chocolate, crunchy roasted peanuts, and soft mini marshmallows — perfect for holidays, gifting, or quick sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and vegetable oil.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  4. Let chocolate cool for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in miniature marshmallows and dry roasted peanuts until evenly coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets to form clusters.
  7. Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 hours until firm, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set faster.

Notes

  • Allow chocolate to cool slightly before adding marshmallows to prevent melting.
  • Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized clusters.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before setting for extra flavor contrast.
  • Store in a cool place to maintain texture.
