Easy no-bake chocolate clusters made with rich chocolate, crunchy roasted peanuts, and soft mini marshmallows — perfect for holidays, gifting, or quick sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and vegetable oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Let chocolate cool for 2–3 minutes.
- Gently fold in miniature marshmallows and dry roasted peanuts until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets to form clusters.
- Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 hours until firm, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set faster.
Notes
- Allow chocolate to cool slightly before adding marshmallows to prevent melting.
- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized clusters.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before setting for extra flavor contrast.
