Description

Pecan Pie Brownies is a rich, gooey dessert that combines the best of two classics—perfect for holidays or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Brownie Base:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Pecan Pie Topping:

  • ¾ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and grease.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until combined. Spread into pan.
  4. Bake brownie layer for 20–25 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk topping ingredients. Fold in pecans.
  6. Pour topping over partially baked brownies. Bake an additional 25–30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes
