Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella-parmesan blend)
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sugar-free tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make 12 small cheese piles (about 1 tbsp each) on the sheet.
- Add 1 tsp tomato sauce on top of each cheese pile.
- Top each with a pepperoni slice.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes to crisp up. Serve and enjoy!
