Description

Crunchy, cheesy, and low-carb—these Pepperoni Cheese Crisps are your go-to 3-ingredient snack. Perfect for keto, gluten-free, and low-carb diets.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella-parmesan blend)
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free tomato sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make 12 small cheese piles (about 1 tbsp each) on the sheet.
  3. Add 1 tsp tomato sauce on top of each cheese pile.
  4. Top each with a pepperoni slice.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes to crisp up. Serve and enjoy!
