Description

A protein-packed baked casserole made with cottage cheese, eggs, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and customizable pizza toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mixed pizza toppings (pepperoni, peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, oregano, garlic powder, and 1 cup mozzarella.
  3. Spread half mixture in dish and add sauce layer.
  4. Add pizza toppings evenly.
  5. Top with remaining mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
  • Chop toppings small for even baking.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
