Skip the coffee shop lines and make this Starbucks-inspired Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew at home. Creamy, spiced, and perfectly refreshing for fall!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or brown sugar syrup)
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cold Brew: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in cold brew coffee.
- Make Pumpkin Cream Foam: In a bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Whip with a frother, blender, or whisk until thick and creamy.
- Assemble the Drink: Pour the pumpkin cream foam over your cold brew.
- Finish: Sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin spice for garnish.

- For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut cream or oat milk creamer.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
- For a stronger drink, use concentrated cold brew.
