Description

Rich, smooth, and full of fall flavor, this pumpkin fudge is made with pumpkin puree, white chocolate, and warm spices. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Halloween, or holiday gifting!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme (or fluff)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Optional toppings: chopped pecans, walnuts, or flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan – Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Cook Base – In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and pumpkin puree. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 10–12 minutes until thickened.
  3. Add Flavor – Remove from heat, stir in white chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Set Fudge – Pour mixture into prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill & Slice – Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Use 100% pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Stir constantly while boiling to prevent sugar from burning.
  • Add nuts or sea salt on top for extra texture and flavor.
  • For clean slices, use a sharp knife warmed under hot water.
  • Store in layers separated by parchment to keep pieces from sticking.
