Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry slightly and spread half of cream cheese mixture evenly.
- Spread half of raspberry preserves over cream cheese layer.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice lengthwise.
- Twist halves together with layers facing outward, coil into spiral, and place in muffin cup.
- Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
- Brush with melted butter if desired and bake 22–28 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
