Description
An easy baked pancake breakfast made in one pan with sausage, cheddar cheese, and a touch of syrup, ideal for feeding a crowd.
Ingredients
- 3 cups pancake mix
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, browned
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup syrup
- Butter, for greasing and serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a rimmed sheet pan with butter.
- Prepare pancake batter according to package instructions.
- Pour batter evenly into the prepared sheet pan.
- Sprinkle browned sausage evenly over the batter.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle syrup lightly over the surface.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

- Drain sausage well to prevent excess grease
- Use a metal sheet pan for crisp edges
- Serve extra syrup on the side for adjustable sweetness
