Description

An easy baked pancake breakfast made in one pan with sausage, cheddar cheese, and a touch of syrup, ideal for feeding a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, browned
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup syrup
  • Butter, for greasing and serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a rimmed sheet pan with butter.
  2. Prepare pancake batter according to package instructions.
  3. Pour batter evenly into the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle browned sausage evenly over the batter.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle syrup lightly over the surface.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
