Ingredients
For the Roll-Ups
- 1 package (8-count) crescent roll dough
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese)
- 4 breakfast sausage links (cooked and halved)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter (for cooking eggs)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Chopped green onions or spinach
- Crumbled bacon or ham
- A sprinkle of hot sauce or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Scramble the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until softly scrambled. Remove from heat. - Cook the Sausage:
Cook sausage links until browned and fully cooked. Slice each one in half. - Assemble:
Unroll the crescent dough into triangles. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, half a sausage, and shredded cheese on each triangle. Roll from the wide end toward the point. - Bake:
Place roll-ups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. - Serve:
Let cool slightly and serve warm. Perfect with ketchup, salsa, or a drizzle of hot sauce!
