Description

Creamy lasagna roll-ups filled with shrimp, crab, and ricotta, baked in Alfredo sauce and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan. A comforting seafood pasta dish perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 24 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Spread filling over each noodle and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in dish.
  6. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook the noodles; they will soften further in the oven.
  • Pat shrimp dry before mixing to avoid excess moisture.
  • If the top browns too quickly, loosely tent with foil.
  • Let the dish rest before serving for cleaner slices.
