Description

Easy, juicy smash-style chicken tucked into warm tortillas and topped with crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan, and bacon bits. A quick, flavorful twist on classic chicken Caesar salad.


Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps & Toppings

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp bacon bits


Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken
    Mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Cook the Smash Chicken
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add small portions of the chicken mixture to the pan and press (smash) into thin patties. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the Toppings
    Chop the romaine lettuce, warm the tortillas, and gather your dressing, parmesan, and bacon bits.
  4. Assemble the Tacos
    Add lettuce to each tortilla, top with a smash chicken patty, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with parmesan and bacon bits.
  5. Serve
    Enjoy warm for the best texture and flavor.

  • Don’t overmix the ground chicken—this keeps the patties tender.
