Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 500 g ground chicken
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps & Toppings
- 8 small flour tortillas
- ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp bacon bits
Instructions
- Season the Chicken
Mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined. - Cook the Smash Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add small portions of the chicken mixture to the pan and press (smash) into thin patties. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. - Prepare the Toppings
Chop the romaine lettuce, warm the tortillas, and gather your dressing, parmesan, and bacon bits. - Assemble the Tacos
Add lettuce to each tortilla, top with a smash chicken patty, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with parmesan and bacon bits. - Serve
