Description

Southwest Chicken Wraps combine tender chicken, fresh avocado, black beans, and salsa wrapped in warm tortillas for a fast, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. Place shredded chicken and black beans in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Gently fold in diced avocado and salsa until evenly mixed.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix lightly.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
  5. Divide filling evenly among tortillas.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form wraps.
  7. Optional: Toast wraps in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
