Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Place shredded chicken and black beans in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Gently fold in diced avocado and salsa until evenly mixed.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix lightly.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
- Divide filling evenly among tortillas.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Optional: Toast wraps in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
