Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- ½ cup water
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 16 sliced black olives
- Shredded lettuce
- Salsa or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
- Warm tortillas in skillet or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with meat, lettuce, and cheese.
- Create “eyeballs” by placing a tomato half on each taco. Top with a dollop of sour cream and an olive slice.
