Ingredients
Crust
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
- 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (362 g)
Filling
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved (330 g)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened (115 g)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (115 g)
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted (300 g)
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (1 container)
Optional Garnish
- Sliced strawberries
- Extra graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, press into a 9×13-inch pan, and bake 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, gradually add powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
- Top with halved strawberries and optional graham cracker crumbs. Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
