Description

A fresh twist on the classic strawberry pretzel salad, layered into single-serve parfaits with juicy strawberries, buttery pretzel crumble, and strawberry-scented whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1214 fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tsp Dixie Crystals granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Scant 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Dixie Crystals light brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Adam’s Extract vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Adam’s Extract imitation strawberry extract


Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries and toss with granulated sugar. Let sit 10–15 mins.
  2. Crush pretzels and mix with melted butter and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add brown sugar, vanilla, and strawberry extract. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Layer in jars or glasses: pretzel crumble, strawberries, whipped cream. Repeat layers.
  5. Chill briefly or serve immediately.

Notes

  • Keep pretzels crunchy by assembling just before serving.
  • Prepare whipped cream and strawberry mixture a few hours ahead for easier assembly.
  • Add cream cheese to the whipped layer for a cheesecake-style parfait.
