Description

Whip up these adorable Strawberry Santas for your holiday table! A no-bake Christmas treat made with fresh strawberries and sweet whipped cream — fun, festive, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 15 fresh strawberries (medium to large)
  • 1 cup whipped cream or stabilized whipped cream (or cream cheese frosting)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
  • 30 mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Piping bag or ziplock bag

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries: Wash and dry strawberries completely. Cut off the green leafy tops to make a flat base so they stand upright.
  2. Slice the tops: Cut off the pointed tip (about ¼ from the top) to form Santa’s hat.
  3. Add filling: Pipe a small swirl of whipped cream or frosting on the flat base of each strawberry to form Santa’s beard and face.
  4. Assemble: Place the strawberry top back on as the hat. Add a tiny dot of cream on top of the hat for a pom-pom.
  5. Add eyes: Gently press two mini chocolate chips into the cream for Santa’s eyes.
  6. Finish and serve: Dust with powdered sugar for a snowy effect. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use firm, dry strawberries so they hold their shape and don’t leak juice.
  • Stabilized whipped cream works best to maintain the shape longer.
  • For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract or cream cheese to the filling.
  • Keep refrigerated until serving to prevent melting.
  • For a vegan option, use coconut whipped cream or a plant-based frosting.
