Description

Ingredients

  • 2024 meatballs (fully cooked)
  • 12 oz pasta (shells, rotini, or egg noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook 1–2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in broth until smooth and thickened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  6. Add sour cream and seasonings; adjust salt and pepper.
  7. Fold in pasta and meatballs.
  8. Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella.
  9. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
