Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced
- 1–2 jalapeños, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken – Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook Chicken – Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare Glaze – In the same skillet, sauté garlic. Add peaches and jalapeños, cooking until softened. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Simmer – Return chicken to skillet, spoon glaze over, and cook 8–10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
- Serve – Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or veggies.

- For a milder dish, remove jalapeño seeds before slicing.
