Description

These Tiramisu Truffles combine crushed ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, espresso, and vanilla, all coated in white chocolate and finished with cocoa powder. They’re a no-bake dessert that’s elegant and full of classic tiramisu flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1820 crisp ladyfingers (about 150g)
  • 8 oz (225g) mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons strong espresso or coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 oz (285g) white chocolate, melted
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix mascarpone, espresso, liqueur (if using), powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in crumbs until fully combined. Chill if mixture is too soft.
  4. Roll into 1-tablespoon balls and refrigerate 30–45 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Dust lightly with cocoa powder before chocolate fully sets.
  8. Chill until coating is firm.

Notes

  • Chill truffles thoroughly before dipping to prevent melting.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate for smoother coating.
  • If chocolate thickens, gently rewarm in short intervals.
  • Store chilled due to mascarpone content.
