- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–15 slices pepperoni (optional)
- ½ cup mixed toppings (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then add toppings of choice.
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place rolls on baking sheet, seam side down, and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice into pinwheels, and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Don’t overload the tortillas with toppings—this makes rolling difficult.
- For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack instead of a sheet pan.
- Try an air fryer: cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Make ahead by rolling tortillas and refrigerating until ready to bake.
