Description

Crispy, cheesy, and quick to make, these Tortilla Pizza Rolls are the perfect snack or appetizer. Easy to customize, kid-friendly, and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1215 slices pepperoni (optional)
  • ½ cup mixed toppings (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then add toppings of choice.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly into logs. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place rolls on baking sheet, seam side down, and brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove, slice into pinwheels, and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  1. Don’t overload the tortillas with toppings—this makes rolling difficult.
  2. For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack instead of a sheet pan.
  3. Try an air fryer: cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Make ahead by rolling tortillas and refrigerating until ready to bake.
