Description

Cool down with these refreshing Watermelon Snow Cups! Made with fresh watermelon and a touch of lime, they’re light, sweet, and perfect for summer parties or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • Fresh watermelon – Sweet, ripe, and seedless works best.
  • Lime juice – Adds brightness and tang.
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional) – For extra sweetness.
  • Fresh mint leaves – For garnish and freshness.

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds.
  2. Blend the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add lime juice and sweetener (if using) and blend again.
  4. Freeze the mixture in a shallow dish for 2–3 hours.
  5. Scrape with a fork to create fluffy, icy “snow.”
  6. Spoon into cups and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use super cold watermelon before blending for faster freezing.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the sweetness.
  • Serve in hollowed-out lime halves for a creative presentation.
  • For a tropical twist, mix in pineapple juice before freezing.
