Creamy no-bake white chocolate fudge swirled with rich caramel — perfect for gifting, holiday trays, or whenever you need a quick, sweet treat.
Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 680g white baking chips
- 396g sweetened condensed milk
- 2½ tbsp heavy cream
Caramel Swirl
- 25 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
- 1½ tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chips, condensed milk, and 2½ tbsp heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with 1½ tbsp cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of caramel over the fudge and use a knife to gently swirl.
- Chill for at least 3–4 hours until set. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use a hot knife for cleaner cuts.
- Add flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-salty contrast.
- For easier swirling, pour caramel while still warm and fluid.
