Description

Soft, chewy cookies filled with sweet white chocolate and crunchy pistachios—perfect for gifting, holidays, or everyday baking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup pistachios, roughly chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, baking sod
