Cheesy ground beef rolled in pizza dough and brushed with garlic butter—these Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun, flavorful spin on the classic burger.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 portion refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
- Sprinkle with cheddar, mozzarella, and cooked beef.
- Roll into a log and slice into 1.5-inch pieces (10–12 rollups).
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic. Brush rollups with garlic butter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.

- Let meat cool slightly before assembling to avoid soggy dough.
- For extra crispiness, bake on a preheated stone or air fryer tray.
- Add pickles or jalapeños before rolling for extra flavor.
