Description

Cheesy ground beef rolled in pizza dough and brushed with garlic butter—these Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun, flavorful spin on the classic burger.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 portion refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar, mozzarella, and cooked beef.
  5. Roll into a log and slice into 1.5-inch pieces (10–12 rollups).
  6. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic. Brush rollups with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

  • Let meat cool slightly before assembling to avoid soggy dough.
  • For extra crispiness, bake on a preheated stone or air fryer tray.
  • Add pickles or jalapeños before rolling for extra flavor.
  • Freeze before or after baking for future quick meals.
